Coordinator of Employer Engagement & Technology
As the Coordinator of Employer Engagement and Technology, Kim Domholt provides leadership for employer engagement programming including coordination of career fairs, supervision of recruiting functions and administrator of CAREERlink and other technology used by the Career Center. Kim also compiles data for the annual career outcomes report and coordinates the career peer program. She has worked in the Career Center for over 20 years. Her bachelor’s was earned from Minot State University in management information systems and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in educational leadership at NDSU. Free time is spent with her husband and three children enjoying time at the lake, traveling and appreciating the quiet, fulfilling moments in life.
Events Assistant & Marketing Coordinator
As the Events Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, Jamie assists in coordinating career events, managing the Career Center’s social media presence, and oversees and coordinates all outreach, promotional and marketing initiatives, and visual brand for the Center. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, both from NDSU. In the last year of her undergraduate experience, Jamie started at the Career Center as the Marketing and Public Relations Peer Advisor. After graduation, she became the Events Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to working at the Career Center, she gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Erbert and Gerbert’s and the Communications Assistant at the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute. As a graduate student, Jamie doesn’t have much free time, but when she does, she enjoys being on the lake, traveling, crafting, exercising, and sharing a laugh as much as possible.
Employer Relations Coordinator
As the Employer Relations Coordinator, Karen has been involved in employer engagement for over 16 years. Karen approves employer registrations in CAREERlink in order for them to post positions, schedule on-campus interviews, and be involved in other career events throughout the year. She is very dedicated to building and strengthening relationships with employers. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching Bison sports and gardening. Karen and her husband, Steve, love the Minnesota lakes country, summer and winter.
Guest Services & Employer Relations Specialist
As the Guest Services & Employer Relations Specialist, Bridget touches every facet in the Career Center office from managing the front desk operations, training the amazing Career Peers and collaborating with Employee Engagement, Technology and Recruiting teams. They thrive on keeping their Career Fairs fresh, energetic and resourceful for all stakeholders. Prior to working at NDSU, Bridget was employed with Fargo Public Schools for 12 years. After hours, Bridget and her husband, Kevin, enjoy travel, cycling and attending a variety of cultural and sporting events. Most treasured is spending time with their daughters; Jess (Eric) and Lindsey (Brian).
