What is the Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair?
The Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with students to discuss or interview for current part-time and summer job opportunities.
How do I register to attend the Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair?
Registration for the Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair begins in early January.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
If wanting to register after the deadline, call (701) 231-7856 to see if space is available.
What is the registration fee, and what does it include?
The registration fee for the Part-time and Summer Jobs Fair is $125. Registration includes one six-foot table, two chairs, and refreshments.
The registration fee must be paid before Tuesday, February 27 to ensure your spot.
NOTE: There is no charge for NDSU departments.
How can I pay for the registration fee?
The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card and must be received by February 27 to reserve your booth, be included on the map, and to avoid a $50 late fee.

SPECIAL NOTE: If the registration fee has not been paid in full by the start of the event, the company representative checking-in will be required to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form states that the NDSU Career Center is authorized to charge the credit card for the registration fee if it is not paid in full within 7 days.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. A refund of the registration fee (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by Tuesday, February 21. There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after February 21, 2017.
Where can I unload/park my vehicle?
Visitors Lot – south side of the Memorial Union.
Students will be available to assist in the unloading/loading process. If space is available, you may park your car in the Memorial Union’s Visitors Lot. If the lot is at capacity, you will need to park in a different Visitors Lot. Parking is FREE; you will receive a permit by email one week before the event.
